Responsibilities

What you’ll own and drive.

  • Source candidates across technical and operational roles.
  • Run intake calls and help define scorecards and must-haves.
  • Manage outreach, scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and provide weekly updates.
  • Continuously improve candidate experience and process quality.

Requirements

Must-haves to be successful.

  • Proven recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
  • Ability to evaluate for signal, ownership, and execution.
  • Strong written communication and candidate empathy.
  • Comfort working remotely and asynchronously.
  • Experience with ATS/CRM tools and structured workflows.

Nice to have

Helpful, but not required.

  • Experience hiring across startups, SaaS, operations, or real estate.
  • Network in technical and operator communities.
  • Experience building structured interview loops.
