About
The people and work behind NaviVision.
NaviVision builds software, supports hiring, owns and operates residential real estate, and invests in early-stage businesses. These are different lines of work under one company. A founder discussing a product, a company filling a role, and a property owner considering a sale need different conversations; the pages here explain where to start.
What we do
Custom SaaS
Internal tools, customer portals, and SaaS products built around the work a team needs to get done.
Talent & Hiring
Recruiting for engineering, product, operations, and commercial roles, from the role brief through interviews and an offer.
Real Estate
Residential ownership and property operations in California, Florida, and Seattle, including maintenance and tenant communication.
Investments
Early-stage investing, with support on product decisions, hiring, and reaching customers where our experience is relevant.
Team
The team below leads our real estate, recruiting, and investment work.
Annie Truong
President
Annie is NaviVision’s President and leads its real estate and hiring work. Her remit includes the day-to-day operation of those businesses, communication with the people involved, and the processes used to keep work moving.
Greg William
Talent & Hiring
Greg leads Talent & Hiring. He works with companies to define roles, find candidates, and coordinate the search and interview process. His work also covers communication with candidates as a search progresses.
Sam Patel
Investments
Sam leads Investments. He works with founders on investment discussions and on the areas where NaviVision can offer practical help, including product decisions, hiring, and how a business reaches its customers.
An operating company, not a single product
A software user, a job candidate, a tenant, and a founder have different reasons to contact us. NaviVision is the company behind the broader work, while individual products and properties have their own day-to-day contacts. Use a product’s support route for account or feature questions and the contact supplied for a tenancy for property matters. The company inbox is for new enquiries and questions about the business.
