Responsibilities
What you’ll own and drive.
- • Source candidates across technical and operational roles.
- • Run intake calls and help define scorecards and must-haves.
- • Manage outreach, scheduling, and candidate communication.
- • Maintain pipeline hygiene and provide weekly updates.
- • Continuously improve candidate experience and process quality.
Requirements
Must-haves to be successful.
- • Proven recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
- • Ability to evaluate for signal, ownership, and execution.
- • Strong written communication and candidate empathy.
- • Comfort working remotely and asynchronously.
- • Experience with ATS/CRM tools and structured workflows.
Nice to have
Helpful, but not required.
- • Experience hiring across startups, SaaS, operations, or real estate.
- • Network in technical and operator communities.
- • Experience building structured interview loops.
