Do you work on retained or contingent searches?

We offer both. For priority roles we recommend a dedicated engagement with a clear weekly cadence. For opportunistic needs we can build a lighter pipeline.

Will you share my profile without permission?

No. We only submit your profile to a company with your explicit confirmation, and we keep feedback loops tight.
