Real Estate Analyst

Support acquisitions and portfolio management through underwriting, market research, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities
What you’ll own and drive.
- • Build underwriting models and run sensitivity analyses.
- • Collect comps, rent data, and expense assumptions for deal evaluation.
- • Support due diligence checklists, deal memos, and documentation.
- • Maintain portfolio reporting and help surface operational insights.
- • Coordinate with brokers, lenders, and vendors as needed.
Requirements
Must-haves to be successful.
- • Strong Excel/Sheets modeling skills and attention to detail.
- • Understanding of real estate finance metrics and risk drivers.
- • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- • Clear, structured writing for memos and updates.
- • Comfort working in a hybrid setup with high ownership.
Nice to have
Helpful, but not required.
- • Experience with residential rentals (single-family or multifamily).
- • Familiarity with MLS/CoStar or other market data tooling.
- • Basic scripting for data cleanup and analysis.
